Uniper Signs Binding Long-Term eSAF Offtake with Arcadia
Uniper agreed to buy 40,000 tonnes of eSAF a year from Arcadia eFuels for more than ten years. Deliveries remain subject to project conditions and commercial operation.

On 23 September 2026, Uniper and Arcadia eFuels signed a binding agreement for eSAF from Project Endor in Vordingborg, Denmark.
Uniper agreed to buy 40,000 tonnes a year for more than ten years. The companies expect supply from the early 2030s. Arcadia says the fuel is designed to meet RFNBO rules and support ReFuelEU Aviation.
Why it matters
The agreement gives Project Endor a named buyer, annual volume, and contract term. These facts give a clearer demand signal than a memorandum.
The agreement does not prove that the plant will operate or that future fuel will qualify as RFNBO. Deliveries still depend on stated conditions and commercial operation.
